I CAN DO IT
I Can Do It is a widely renowned educational charity that provides professional and tailor-made training for the diverse and cosmopolitan society we live in. It has been continuously expanding since its launch in 1993, with an average of 500 learners per year completing numerous different programmes of study.
At I Can Do It we believe that everyone has something to offer and can make an important contribution to the workplace – especially when we teach them how to tap into their endless positive potential.
I Can Do It particularly aims to empower the disadvantaged communities of the local area and encourage them to become more involved in education, training and sustainable employment opportunities. We offer many courses that build on existing skills you have, which will help you to progress further in your career.
A range of courses and professional help is offered by I Can Do It, such as numerous ICT training programmes, Basic Skills (literacy and numeracy and Career Guidance via the National Careers Service.
I Can Do It’s objective is to improve the education and life of all its learners by empowering each and every one of them to achieve their best, no matter what disability, gender or background they have.
I Can Do It is a leading voluntary sector provider in a range of occupations and one of the largest providers of Information, Advice and Guidance. We have delivered funded programmes for the European Social Fund (ESF), European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), Skills Funding Agency (SFA), College of North East London (CONEL), Next steps, University for Industry, London Development Agency (LDA) and London Councils.
We have a strong track record of helping those facing barriers to the labour market in general, including people with a range of physical and learning disabilities.
