Functional Skills qualifications provide practical skills for all learners aged 14 and above. Functional Skills English teaches essential knowledge, skills and understanding that will enable them to operate confidently, effectively and independently in life and work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We offer Functional Skills English from Entry 1 to Level 2 (GCSE equivalent). This qualification is designed to make your life in the U.K. easier and increase your opportunities. The course content has been created to be useful in everyday life and only becomes more challenging when you have understood the unit you are studying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Course Essentials <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Qualification:<\/strong> City and Guilds Functional Skills English (Entry 3 – Level 2) <\/p>\n\n\n\n Prerequisites:<\/strong> starting course level is determined by BKSB English and maths test during enrolment <\/p>\n\n\n\n Duration:<\/strong> approximately 11 weeks per level <\/p>\n\n\n\n Location: <\/strong>blended online learning<\/p>\n\n\n\n Assessment: <\/strong>there is one exam which takes place at the end of the teaching<\/p>\n\n\n\n New Skills and Knowledge <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Progression<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Your progression will be determined by the level you start at.
